Why is watch os4 so horribly buggy?
How do I downgrade my watch to OS three from four? Because ever since upgrading for my charger won’t charge my watch and the touch sensitivity is terrible

Austin Lewis Apple does not let you downgrade your watchOS. You will have to contact Apple for that. They do want your watch for a couple of days to take care of that.

@oldturkey03 - With release of iOS 11 WatchOS 4 was also released. I'm running it on my watch now.
Just updated a family members watchOS to 4.0.1 and some of the WiFi issues on that watch have been resolved.
@oldturkey03 - You mean LTE bugs with Series 3 right? watchOS 4 update released in response to the Apple Watch Series 3's connectivity issues.
Series 1 & 2 leverage Bluetooth and only fails over to WiFi when the connection is lost between the mated iPhone needs to support handoff for this to work. The original Apple Watch only uses Bluetooth.

The only benefit is streaming music or a data service (i.e. following a stock) to get a notification of a change.

Which watch do you have the original, Series 1 or Series 2?
I have a Series 2 which is working without any issues! I don't have that much on it though maybe you have something thats effecting your watchOS.
