Can you refurbish the whole iPhone
I bought it from someone but it is locked from apple ID. Can't activate without apple ID, so I need it refurbished. Help!?

@taceisha17 you cannot refurbish this since it is locked. Without the previous owners information there is nothing you can do with this phone. Return it!

You can also attempt to contact the previous owner, and arrange to have that person unlock it.
@gryczewski absolutely! That is really the only way. As I said before, without the previous owners information there is nothing you can do with this phone
