Display issue and touch calibration issue on my Moto G4 Play.

Today, out of nowhere, my Moto G4 Play's display severely messed up. It already had had a mildy cracked screen for about to 4 weeks but that didn't cause an issue like it is now. Not only is the screen very buggy, but when I touch somewhere it registers it about a centimeter below where I touched the screen. I have provided some pictures using the link below so you can see the issue for yourself. I am willing to buy a replacement screen, but I don't know what to get or where to get it. And is the damage to the point that I should just replace the phone?

If it is not a bother, what screen replacement do I get and from where do I get it?

@zmack2144 "had had a mildy cracked screen" may have finally caught up with your phone. I'd replace the assembly first. Use this video to help you with that. For as where to buy it, that will depend on where you are located etc. and you are looking for something like this
