Can't hear me when making or recieving call.

I have a problem with my iPhone 6S : Callers can’t hear me when I make or receive a call, although the lower mic is definitely functioning for other things such as Voice Mail, Siri, etc.. What they do hear is either with dropouts, muffled or nothing.

This seems to be a software, not hardware problem. But no amount of rebooting, resetting, etc. solves the problem Does anyone have a solution?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Have you tried replacing the Lightning dock? Just to rule it out? @refectio im gonna call you in, so I don't inflate this to something that it's not, like board work

Just curious, what version of IOS are you running? (In settings > about > version)

Have you tried disabling voice cancellation. Which is under general > accessibility > voice cancellation.

Tried "Phone Noise Cancellation" (don't see ("voice cancellation"), but it doesn't help. Sound is perfect when using Bluethooth in car, or headset plugged in to iPhone, or recording on voice memo, or talking to Siri. Mic works perfectly under all those conditions. I just can't be heard properly when making straight phone call just using iPhone without any headset or Bluetooth.
