iPhone 5C won't turn on after replacement(battery and screen)

I bought a battery and screen from third party store and without any help I try to fix on my own. While removing the battery connector from motherBoard i use a metal twister to pull out the connector. In doing so i saw a spark maybe because of touching the metal rail (like square shape)on the logic board. After fitting everything back I cannot turn back my iphone. The screen goes blank.. i try connecting with my pc but not recognised.

My question here is did i burned the logic board? is there anyway to solve this? please help

If you have access to a multimeter, then test the output voltage of the battery first to see if it is still working or not. You may have shorted out the gas gauge circuitry inside the battery. If the battery gives you any voltage, then you most likely damaged the logic board. It may be a simple fix or it could require a new charging IC but either way, this will require a micro-soldering repair and is not a DIY fix.

thank you @minho but how do i read the multimeter? Will fixing cost as much the amount of new handset?

Look at this for some guidance (How To Use A Multimeter). There are probably micro-solderers in your area. That said, you'll have to decide if a 5C is worth fixing.
