other side hears their own voice when im calling on speaker

When im calling on speaker the other side will hear themself echo (verry loud)

I changed the batttery today and reused the backcover. before it didnt had this problem. anyone has a idea what caused it?

I made the back case clear and left the top plastic part out sinds it looks cool but is it related to this?
