battery too low oppo find &

my oppo find 7 always said battery too low please charge a while, but i already charge for 12 hours and buy new battery. can i know why?

Azureen Dawod just trying to clarify your question. Battery to low as in battery temperature to low? Is that what your screen tells you? Are you saying you do have a new battery already?
