My fire stick seems stuck on Prime movies, etc, & won't let me into Netflix. We only subscribe to Netflix. We do not subscribe to Prime.

It looks like getting out of Prime is the problem, but this might help. It looks like you'll need to go to the home screen, then search and download Netflix.
If it is indeed a problem with the Fire Stick, this help page may be a good jumping-off point.
