Kevin if you do a search on here you will find that it is possible, but not easy #3 Cable broken FPC connector and Broke Number 3 connection cable during assembly and fpc connector number 3 repair So as you can see you are not the only one, there are also multiple more question about the #3 connector. Hope this gets you started with your task of repairing it. Good Luck
