I replaced the digitizer apple logo is coming and going off but the things is I can hear charging sounds on the iPad what would be the error

Options

Try disconnecting the digitizer to see if the iPad will boot properly. I would also inspect the connector area to see if there are any damaged pins or missing or partially dislodged components.
