I'm not touching the home key and it acts like I'm holding it.

Won't stop opening and closing screen, or reducing the screen and also queuing Siri.

Sounds like there may be a problem with the Home Button. Has you iPad been repaired or have a cracked screen?

You could always open it up but it is not a trivial repair. Check out this guide first to see if you're comfortable doing this.

Yes I just had the glass replaced. So left and right of the home button are sensitive to it responding as the home button being pressed also.

Did you replace it yourself? Then open it up again and look at the flex to see if it is damaged. If it was done by a shop, go back there to have them address it under warranty.
