a/c not bllowing cold air after changing everything

I have a 1991 f150 v8 I changed all the a/c parts and added Freon even switched over to 134a. It still doesn't blow cold air.

salgabe74 what parts did you change (all parts does not really mean anything) How did you add your new refrigerant? Why did you change it? Give us more detail about how you did the conversion etc?
