Why can't I open my laptop?

Hello. Please help me. My laptop isn't able to open. I can turn it on then the asus logo will come out but after that there's a pop up message about entering set up. I can't escape or do something. There's only one thing to do. Just enter the set up. I don't have knowledge about it. Please help me on how to troubleshoot. Thanks
