Why won't it power up?

So my iPhone 5s won't fully turn on I went to turn it on after it died and it showed the connect to charger so I did after about twenty minutes it finally came on. But the phone will show the apple logo for about 5-8 seconds then goes black but stays there and you can see the screen illuminated but there's nothing there and will say stay there until I hold down the power button to fully turn off or it dies. It will do the same thing when I plug it into any power source (wall outlet or computer). Now I've tried recovery mode and DFU mode suprisingly the phone is recognized in iTunes but then says the phone needs to restore so I do that and then I get either an error code or a message saying this iPhone can't be restored. Truthfully I don't know what's wrong with anything would help. -Thanks

What is the Error Number you get from Itunes?

by

Error code 4013 which has something's to do with the hardware so I've tried on 3 different computers brand new Apple branded sync cables and I'm running the newest version of iTunes. Then other times it will just say the phone (name of phone)cannot be restored

Ugh...that's what I was afraid of...

Error 4013 is NAND related . Since you've already tried new cables, computers, restores, DFU etc., the n you most likely have a corrupted NAND. That means it has to be de-soldered, reprogrammed (meaning data loss) and soldered back into place. This will require that you find a micro-soldering repair shop that has a NAND programmer.
