Try this. You'll lose your data. But this should do what you want
Turn off your phone then press and hold the Power until you feel your smartphone vibrate or you see the Acer logo screen.
Press and hold the Volume up and Volume down buttons.
Use the Volume up button to select Clean boot: YES.
Press the camera button to confirm.

I have an acer t06 liq zest phone locked into fast reboot,holding power button and volume keys does nothing any suggestions non geek friendly

open your phone diconnect the power chord to your phone board that will solve the problem
Unplug charger and leave it until it switches off then start up in recovery mode or normal .its only confused so needs a reboot !
