Why aren't my fans turning on

I have a 2003 VW Bora 2.8 v6 4motion,

The fans aren't turning on so I'm going to replace the relay/fuse box but parts are sooo hard to find for this model.

Can I use Jetta parts?

Or is there a Vw model that I can use parts from for my bora?

Any info will be a massive help
