Glass and display broken, what do I need?

Hello, I've had my phone broken for over a month but it was fine up until today. My phone fell and the glass cracked, oh well. I learned to live with it and I was fine. However, it wasn't until I dropped it again (this time without the case, I'm so dumb I know) and a piece of the display? (I don't know what to call it) broke off. It's a piece of the white front shell that is on the top right corner of the phone next to the front camera. Again, I learned to live with it since it didn't affect the actual display. Until I dropped it again and the actual display is now weird.

Everything you need is in this repair guide. It's not very difficult but there are a few gotcha's you have to be wary of.

  • Always disconnect the battery first and connect it last.
  • Keep track of your screws as mixing them up and re-installing them in the wrong place can seriously damage your phone.

I would read through the guide first, look at the parts needed (some come with tools) and decide if you feel comfortable.
