Replacement Microphone for EMC 2134

Hi,

I replaced my disc drive on my 24" iMac 2134 - in the process I managed to break the microphone. Does anyone have suggestions as to what would be an acceptable replacement? Does iFixit sell one? Or is it possible to repair it? Basically I removed the two wires from the circuit board. Suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure it's built into the camera board, you don't see the mic replaced often. If so here's the part: http://www.gainsaver.com/Catalog/Detail....

Thank you for your response but that is a link to the camera portion. The mic goes in through a different cable which has an detachable part that when you take the top case off comes off with it. Unfortunately I destroyed the connection when I removed the case. it looks something like this http://www.gainsaver.com/catalog/Detail.... but for the Intel 24"EMC 2134. Any other ideas? Thank you

I can't find the mic or the part number for it. The closest I could get is the cable part number 922-8158 & 922-8155

You can buy the imac bezel bc that part of the Mac comes with the microphone
