Memory card lost trying to recover photos from it

I used to have a HTC evo 4g lte boost phone and I sold it but kept the memory card that was in it but lost it and I can't remember my old Google account when I had that phone is there any way to get all my photos and video back

Options

No. Google has no way of knowing that they're your photos or you have rights to them. You need your Google credentials.
