Washer doesn't spin or fill
I have a kenmore laundry center 110.81432510 washer dryer combo. The dryer is working fine. However, the washer is kind of stuck.
Initially, I thought that lid switch might be an issue, but after bypassing it, still the washer isn't working. There is no humming noise, nothing. I even removed the drain pump and nothing happens.
It seems as if the washer is dead.
Following are the things that I have already tried:
1. Tested the lid switch, it works fine. Try bypassing it, but washer doesn't work
2. Replaced the new timer, but washer still doesnt work.
Checked the continuity between temp. control and timer. Seems fine.
3. Checked the voltage on Dryer start button, just to make sure I am seeing voltage there. Seems fine.
4. Checked the AC voltage across the input timer connector ( across striped wire and grounded cabinet and across striped wire and different other input terminals). There seems to be no voltage (0 volts)
Can anyone recommend what I can do for more to resolve this issue.
It most likely looks like a power issue, but not sure what is causing it since the dryer is getting good power.
Is this a good question?

This is a tough one to answer! The only thing to do is start tracking voltage back. So the washer doesn't even try to fill at all, and the dryer DOES heat?
