iPhone wont turn back on after screen replacement.

Recently, my daughter dropped my iPhone on the floor and completely cracked my screen, my phone was already on 1% due to me not charging it that day, however as my daughter dropped it, it had long line going down the screen which told me the screen was broken,

As I thought the battery was dead I went back home and charged it, and it wouldn't turn on,

I ordered a new screen replacement and completed this myself and it didn't work, wondering if anyone has any suggestions on why this might be?

Thanks.

Is your phone recognized if you connect it to an iTunes enabled computer? If so, then you may just have a bad replacement screen.

If the phone is not recognized, then either you have a logic board issue that was caused by the drop or perhaps the screen is causing issues. The best way to troubleshoot that is to disconnect the screen, cameras...everything except the battery and Dock. Then connect to iTunes. If it is not recognized, then you most likely have a logic board issue. This would require a micro-soldering repair and is not a DIY fix.

Ok, try to reseat the battery connector in the logic board...

also you can try disconnecting the battery, and plugging in the adapter... and see what happens..
