Why is my go pro plus lcd wont turn on after diving.

Hi! Question, my go pro plus lcd wont turn on after freezing. We used it for scuba diving and it was working while we are diving then when we finished it froze and we waited til it turned off then now it wont turn on. How do we turn this on? Please advise.

yeah, it had a scratch but I think the pressure in the water caused it to become worse, a hole.
