Hello,
the fan off my Lenovo Yoga 3 14 (80JH) is not turning off. When you start the Notebook the fan is turning on right away. I tried apps like "NoteBook FanControl" or "Speedfan" or "TPFanContol" all aren't working. They detect the fan at 112% working, but all tries to reduce the fan speed are failing.
I hope that someone can help me. Everything that I found on google couldn't help me.

Check the temperatures Speedfan is reporting. Are they on the high side? If the fan or air vents are partially blocked it may be that is running continually trying to move enough air to keep it cool. Loosen any matted dust behind the vents with a pin, then try and suck out the dust from both the air inlet and outlet. If that doesn't help, there's an iFixit guide Lenovo Yoga 3 14 Cooling Fan Replacement for replacing the fan, which is marked "Easy", which should allow you to bet better access. But you'll need to renew the heatsink paste.
