dropped iPhone ,now not recognized by itunes

i recently dropped iphone,everything still look intact nothing broke from what i could see.but when i went to coonect to computer through usb it does not recognize my device.i tried changing the dock connector still have the same problem.any suggestions?

Take sim card out, clean and replace.

Press and hold button whilst connecting to iTunes

press and hold home+power for 10 sec until apple appears then allow to reboot.

Try these things and see how you get on.

Sometimes the drop can damage a tiny part, but if the phone charges and everything else works it may just be a software or USB prob. Check your cord/ change the port/ uninstall and reinstall iTunes.
