you can help me please

hello the team I hope you all go well

I have a very big problem every time I want to remove a nand on iphone 5s (repair error 4013) or ipad air 2 (remove icloud)

I cause damage to ic ic left and capacitor right

please have you a technique because I desespere :(

ps: I can not stop removing the black glue around

Hi Mike. Before heating u the NAND, you need to scrape away as much underfill as possible. Set your hot air station to 180-220C and use a very thin blade to gently scrape the surrounding underfill. You won't remove it all but you need to get as much as possible. There are also no some really thin tools specifically for this purpose.

Once done, apply heat to your NAND as usual and you should pull less adjacent components.
