i have this lg tv with this problem
i start the tv the red led is flashing 3 times and the back light comes on but the lg logo do not .so no picture comes on.i replaced the main board because the tcon is on the main board but it did not help i get the same problem.i checked all the voltages and they are ok.
cant figure what is the problem?

@shopy since you already replaced the main board the next board is the power board that will be the culprit. Post some images of your power board with your question so we can see what you see. Use this guide for that. It will allow us to see what you see. Of course, we still need to know the exact model number for your TV.

@shopy what is the exact model number of your TV? you replaced teh Main board or the power supply? LG has issues with the caps on the power supply.....What voltages did you check?

well i continue checking and i found somthing disturbing
when i disconnect the lvds cable in one side of the lcd i get the logo one half side of the screen and plain white on the other half screen.i checked the lvds cables by sweeping them and i got the same result.but when i connect this side that is white back i do not get any logo on screen.
so i assume the problem is the lcd screen that prevent the tcon board to operate maybe it is a short in the lcd or something else.
i cant figure if it is possible that the lcd screen can do this problem?
any suggestion??

@shopy that does not sound like any LCD error at all. If anything I would say it is a T-con issue,

I replace the tcon with a new one .so it cant be the tcon.
