My screen touch is not working
Sudenly my phone screen touch is not working while i am using internet and my wifi is also open and use in my laptop and also can't shutdown or reboot.

@emerson121 you did not tell us the make and model of your phone. I suggest that you remove the battery first and leave it out for a bit. Then reinstall the battery and try to restart your phone. This could be a firmware issue as well as a hardware issue. If your touchscreen does not work it is possible that it has failed and may need to be replaced. Again we need your make and model to see if we can help you with that.
