Teared down and start infinity loop. Why?

My friend gave me his Iphone 4s to replace the battery and said "Wifi and Bluetooth are also broken". I dismounted, changed the battery and the battery did not work, and the iPhone started the infinite loop. Why? Did I make some mistake?

@danalvesbr "changed the battery and the battery did not work" how did you get it tow work? The loop could be a battery issue.....
