I can not get into my phone

Message on phone: This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google account that was previously synced on this device. " however, I did not reset it nor sync it. I have many times gone through the steps to fix this using verification codes that were sent to me. These did not work. I am not sure what email nor password that was used with this phone. Please help.”

My phone is an Alcatel one.

@murter there are a lot of different models. Let us know what model your phone is.

It's very simple. Sign in using your Gmail address and password. If you have more than one Gmail account (Note Gmail not email) use the one you previously used on that phone. If you've forgotten your Gmail account password, use this link to reset it: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/4...
