Can't select Heavy Cycle or High Temp Option on Dishwasher
Dishwasher works but it doesn't toggle to the Heavy Cycle and the High Temp option also cannot be selected. I have tried resetting by turning off the power and it still doesn't allow those options. It is about 2 years old. My daughter is have the exact issue with the exact dishwasher and her's is less than a year old. Any ideas?
