Hi, roper washer model RAX7245KQ0. I need to replace the dog ears/cam. My problem is how do I get the darn agitator cap off? Crowbar? Blowtorch?? This thing is not budging. Either Im doing it wrong or are my lady hands arent strong enough. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you I have the kit. Does this model twist or pry off? Because neither is wanting to work for me easily. I feel like I may break the whole basket off this thing before the cap comes off.
To be sure I would ask the company you got the kit from, I'm not familiar with the Roper brand, maybe @ladytech is

@chay it should just pry off. Screwdriver under the lip of the cap should pop it off. After that remove the bolt that holds the agitator onto the shaft
