Anyone know where the power on pads are? (MBP 13" Touch bar late 2016

Looking for the power on pads on a 13" macbook pro with touchbar (late 2016), anyone know where they are, or even if there are any ?

Looks like I have a dead logic board then. Many thanks for the advice.

What happened?

Apple may still fix it under warranty depending on whats wrong. Being such a new model they often will extend coverage a few months.

Sadly, Apple won’t cover liquid in the keyboard. I wanted to rule out the keyboard / power button and see if there was any life in the logic board.

If you are trying to boot the machine without using the power on button do the following:

Disconnect the mag-safe adapter, disconnect the battery from the logic board. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds (this is not needed for the reboot but resets the SMC). Now plug the battery back in then the mag-safe and you should get a spontaneous reboot.
