I changed out the screen and now the Siri mic does not work.

I purchased the screen that included the camera. After switching it out, the Siri microphone worked for about 5 minutes and then stopped working.

Options

While the pre-populated screens make the replacement process easier, you are forgoing a high quality original FCAM/Sensor flex for an aftermarket quality flex. I would remove the FCAM flex and replace it with the original from your damaged screen (unless the FCAM was damaged too). You can follow this guide.
