Update (09/16/2017)

i contacted the customer care as i was still in warranty and they claim it is accidental damage , and not a manafacturing defect, typical oneplus , they charge a hefty 6500inr to replace the backdoor which is metal and will take a week. so it seems my lens will neversettle (tm). now i scraped the plastic still left on the steel bits of the bezel and will proceed to stick it with with feviquick after cleaning the lens and bezel lens with isoproply alcohol. im sourcing the materials required for the cleaning part, will update status soon as i seem to be getting no answers :(

I wouldn't use super-glue if I were you, as it might eat away the lens cover (super-glue is corrosive) or even damage the camera module. Use a more gentle adhesive. If you manage to stick it back in there, your problem should be solved if there is no other damage to the phone.

The fancy solution is to get a new camera lens cover entirely, those ship with the adhesive. Installing it is VERY simple... I've attached some links.

i completely agree with you , but the links you attached are only the lens, the part below the lens known as the bezel has come out which is only available if you buy the whole metal frame , so i was lucky i found my bezel. my problem was solved anyway, i used araldite in very small amounts which is a non corrosive glue. i will write a solution and guide sometime soon to help any others facing the same issue
