I can't access my files

Why can't I access my files it say something is turned off or not installed?

Can you be more specific about what you are trying to access

If I go to settings look in storage at explore nothing that I try to open will says it's turned off or not installed

@bmur98, do you see a "My Files" app in the phone? That can view your files and open your folders normally.

The only thing I can think of without seeing the device is that one of the main programs that utilizes whatever you're are attempting to open is disabled OR needs to be updated in the play store.

If you go to settings > applications> and look for the disabled and/or check for a software update, check the play store for application updates that may run the file you're attempting to open.

The only application I can think of for the S5 is either called Memo/Notes.
