Speaker dosn't work while calling

Hi, when i recive a call i can't hear the caller but he can hear me, and i can hear only if i connect the head phone or i click speaker!!

How can i fix it??

Hello!! Well it seems like a earphone issue, first dissamsemble it and check if the flex cable is well conected to the board. But first.. does the screen turns off when you aim the phone to answer or make a call????
