Why my camera doesnt have option to switch from rear to front camera?

Has your phone ever had the option of switching cameras in the built-in camera app? Is there any settings options inside your camera app? The phone specs clearly show a front facing camera, so there should be an option there.

Worst case scenario, if you really want that feature back, backup all the data on your phone and try factory resetting it. There should be an option for switching cameras with the stock phone since your phone came with a front facing camera hardware. Only factory reset phone as your last possible option. there should be a way to get to the front facing camera without taking such extreme measures.
