Touch ID Not Working - Replaced Home Button

Hello Guys,

I was wondering if I could get some help. I have recently purchased a screen and have replaced my broken one. The front camera is working fine, the ear speaker is working fine but the Touch ID is having some issues.

Normally when replacing a screen the Touch ID doesn't work it it alerts you to that fact. Learning from my mistake last time, I had replaced the home button also. Now, the Touch ID is still active as it is telling me that I can use it. However, it isn't responding to my touch. I have tried deleting a finger print and re adding it but it's not even showing the finger print that shows when setting a new one up.

Can someone please advise on how to fix this?
