Screen replacement too expensive
Why is it that just buying the parts separately like the front screen/Back screen casing and the LCD is $200 cheaper than buying one that's already put together?

The reason is the labor involved putting them together! If you buy separate items you spend the time to put them together. It is convenience only to buy the assembly however it can save some frustration depending on your skill level.

Yes it is much easier to get the entire assembly. The front bezel is glued to the screen on that model and really takes some patience to get it apart. If you feel comfortable doing the repair then save yourself the $200.
