How sure or acurate is 3Utools. battery design capacity is 0

how sure or acurate is 3Utools. Because iphone 5 battery design capacity is 0. Mah 100. And 0 time charge.

I know the battery is really weak and needs replacement. But it can still go for about 24hours in idle mode, and 2-3 hours wifi and 1 on data network usage.

The iPhone heatup and hang during usage. Is this part of the Battery?

Mind you the backlight screen is dark. I am only using pc mirror.

Thanks

Hello, would you mind offering the screenshot on 3uTools which shows that your design capacity is 0?

3uTools and all of the other utilities that read battery information, are just relaying the info the battery spurts out. As such, there is no precision issue at play here. The data you are seeing certainly doesn't feel right. If your phone is working and you are getting those readings, then I suspect there is something wrong with your battery or the filter on the BATTERY_SWI line is missing or damaged.

As Grace suggested, feel free to post a screen shot.

My iPhone 7 says 92% battery capacity in the settings, but in 3utools it is 5%. The reading in 3utools is probably accurate because the phone is draining really fast, but i want to know why. It is just after a screen replacement. Please someone help.

You are probably using one of those fake replaceable battery. They don't last long imagine 200 charge circle and already failing.

sorry for bumping an old thread, but there might be another reason some iphones are showing a good battery percentage while it doesn't last an hour: a lot of phone shops (many here in dubai) are using a device called "JCID battery booster" as it fake boosts the battery so it will show the result of 100% for example (or less to make it more authentic) on the devices battery menu. the only solution to spot such a fake battery setting is to reset the phone to it's default factory settings but all shop owners won't agree to it before purchasing the said phone. so be aware. my advise is to either purchase a used phone from a know trusted person or proceed to the last resort: Apple . this way you will purchase a phone that will give you a piece of mind (hopefully).
