Where can I buy a new system disc

I bought a used Wii console from someone on Face Book marketplace and it didn't have a system disc in the console.

System disc? The Wii doesn't have a system disc. What is it that you're trying to do?

Get it to work. It keeps telling me there is no disc in the console.

Have you tried putting in a game disk? I think that's what it wants.
