This question is very sketchy. Basically you will need a USB to SATA adapter. Hook the drive up. Use Disk Utility to format it GUID, MacOSX extended. Install a system onto it from your main internal drive. Now reboot from the external drive by holding down the Option key on Boot. You can now use Migration Assistant to move all your data. By doing to this way instead of cloning you get the repair partition installed. The drive is now ready to put into another machine.
