Can I replace my iPhone 6's front cam module with iPhone 6 plus's one?

Hi!

I have a working iPhone 6 with dodgy proximity sensor. I happen to also have a broken (water damaged) iPhone 6 plus. I looked online and see that both have similar looking front cam module. Is it possible to just put the front cam module from iPhone 6 plus to iPhone 6?

In short, no. They are actually different sizes even though there are several similarities.

If I'm not mistaking, the main problem is that the 6 plus having the bigger screen, the sensor is longer. So it wouldn't fit in a iPhone 6 since the screen is smaller, the sensor is shorter as well.

Are you sure you are looking at a 6 and 6 plus? When comparing the parts online, they look similar but there are size differences between the two.
