Why is my desktop not starting up to the windows screen?

I keep getting a continuous flashing " No signal " message on screen

computer wont startup to the windows screen.

tried new video cable , still have same problem.

now getting three beeps every five seconds, computer wont startup at all

Hi, could you be a tad more specific about your problem? Is the computer turning on normally? Does it beep or anything?

According to this site, the 3 beeps indicate a problem with the RAM modules. Would you mind opening up your PC, removing and reseating the RAM module(s)?

Ok, that resolved the beeping error, but I' am back to the original problem with the" no signal" message error on screen, I suspect the motherboard is bad. will have to search for a new PCB, Thanks.
