My vape screen remains black

My vape still works but my screen stays black. Ppl say it's on stealth mode but I've tried millions of times to get it out of stealth mode and it doesn't work. What else could be the problem or where could I get it fixed?

I have the same problem my and ik its not on stealth mood and my lights for my vape won't stay off when the vape is off

I'm having this problem too. I just got my vape today and the screen WAS working but now it is not. I did try pushing the fire button 3 times. It only LOCKED my device.

Same.. backlight on screen comes on, but no display.
