The touch screen I ordered doesn't work in my device.

I ordered a screen for my ipad mini, and it isn't working properly. Here are the symptoms:

  • I am not able to access the home screen of my ipad because the touchscreen doesn't recognize any touch.
  • Occasionally Siri will say, "I didn't hear that" even though the iPad is sitting on the table untouched by humans.

Please advise.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess you've either received the wrong part for your iPad, or you've just gotten a bad part, and need to handle a warranty with the supplier you've ordered from
