iTunes Store is not acknowledging my purchases

So about a month ago, an album (titled 'Carnival - EP' by B.A.P) disappeared from the iTunes Store, as in it was no longer available to purchase. I had actually purchased the album before this happened though. Now, the issue has been fixed after about a month and the album is back in the store available for purchase. However, in the store, it says that I haven't bought it, even though the album is still in my Music Library and fully functional. I'm wondering how can I fix this or what's going on? Thank you so much.

Usually you have to contact Apple directly and complain. They are not good about dropping things then refunding. I've bought movies from them from advertised specials, they drop it then don't refund unless you contact them. They were nice and refunded quickly but they are not taking care of their customers and I feel their practice of doing this is deceitful and dishonest. But that pretty well reflects the CEO.

Call 1-800-MYAPPLE. Let them know how you feel about this practice.
