I keep getting a message - your icloud settings are out of date

When trying to create an email in OutLook I am unable to open icloud addresses which contain a lot of groups I need to send circulars to......

The message is :

the address list cannot be displayed. the contact folders associated with this address list could not be opened. It may be you have deleted or moved .........

ANY IDEAS
