Does changing iPhone 6s cellular antenna make it cdma compatible?

I have an iphone 6s A1688 bought in Singapore (SG) which I believe is gsm unlocked. I have a cdma sim from Total wireless which doesn't work on this SG phone. However, I have another iphone 6s A1688 from Verizon and the cdma sim work on that Verizon phone. If i replace the cellular antenna on SG phone, will the cdma sim work on that?

It's not the antennas alone that makes the difference! It's the radio's and the encoding of the transmission.

So the answer is no, you would need to replace most everything to alter it.
