Hello,
I have a freshly flashed iOS 10.3.3 on an iPhone 6 Plus A1524 activation locked device and am curious is anyone aware of a software that would allow the device to start the "Reset all settings" feature cycle as I cannot get past the activation lock screen to start it directly from the settings.
P.S. Just to be clear NOT LOOKING FOR A FACTORY RESTORE/RESET

Ok. If you're there, and you didn't save, sorry to say, but it's lost. You could try 3utools.com to boot it out, but somethin tells me you're only option is a factory restore. Also for 99 cents a month, that's $12 for an entire year, you get 50gigs of data. That's not bad for our time and age, and you get to keep all your stuff. Jus sayin

You don't get my point. The phone is in a normal working state, just cannot be set up. Now i believe I can get my way around that eventually and yes I know what I'm implying here. All I need is a software for the phone to go - oh yes, Reset all settings. That's it. There's no need for factory resets and such, as mentioned in the P.S. and u3tools don't have that as a separate feature they only have a full wipe.
